Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CoinLink accounts, public profiles, links, uploads, wallet login, and tip jar features.
Using CoinLink
- You are responsible for your wallet, account, profile content, links, uploaded media, and activity through your account.
- You must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate another person, project, token, company, or community.
- You must not use CoinLink to host or link to scams, phishing, malware, illegal activity, misleading promotions, spam, harassment, or content that violates someone else's rights.
Wallet Login and Security
- CoinLink uses wallet signatures for authentication. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
- You are responsible for securing your wallet, device, browser extensions, and recovery materials.
- If you believe your wallet or account is compromised, disconnect it and contact CoinLink support as soon as possible.
Profiles, Links, and Uploads
- You keep ownership of content you add to CoinLink, but you give CoinLink permission to host, display, resize, copy, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
- Public profiles and temporary share links may be viewed by other people. Anyone with access may save, copy, or share public content.
- CoinLink may remove content, disable profiles, or restrict accounts if needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Tip Jar and Blockchain Transactions
- CoinLink is non-custodial. Tips are sent directly through user-controlled wallets and supported blockchain networks.
- You are responsible for confirming the recipient, network, amount, token, gas fees, and wallet prompt before signing any transaction.
- Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible. CoinLink does not guarantee transaction confirmation, delivery timing, exchange value, tax treatment, or recovery of sent funds.
No Financial Advice
- CoinLink profiles, links, contract addresses, and tip jar features are provided for user expression and convenience.
- CoinLink does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice and does not endorse tokens, projects, creators, or external links shown on user profiles.
Third-Party Services
- CoinLink may connect with wallets, blockchain RPC providers, explorers, storage providers, hosting providers, and links chosen by users.
- Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. CoinLink is not responsible for external sites, wallets, networks, or providers.
Account Deletion
- You may delete your account from the dashboard. Deletion removes your CoinLink account, profile data, temporary share links, and uploaded media from our active systems.
- Deletion cannot remove blockchain records, transaction history, wallet activity, or content already copied, cached, indexed, or archived by others.
Disclaimers and Liability
- CoinLink is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with every wallet, browser, chain, or third-party service.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinLink is not liable for lost funds, failed transactions, user content, external links, wallet compromise, blockchain network behavior, or indirect damages.
Changes
- We may update these terms as CoinLink evolves. Continued use of CoinLink after changes means you accept the updated terms.
